In some cases, however, additional repairs or diagnosis may be necessary to ensure your safety, and to make sure your vehicle is fixed right, the first time. This may require your vehicle to remain at our dealership until the needed repairs are completed. While we work hard to prevent such a wait, Cabot Ford Lincoln cannot assume responsibility for any personal or business loss or inconvenience incurred.
At Cabot Ford Lincoln, we pride ourselves on having the required parts on hand to complete your repair. In some cases, special-order parts may need to be ordered which could result in delays. These instances are beyond our control and Cabot Ford Lincoln cannot be held liable for any loss incurred due to parts delays, backorders, or supply chain issues.
Appointments are booked based on customers' needs to have their vehicle serviced. When booking appointments, please be sure to advise the service advisor of all repairs required, so we can give you a sufficient timeframe for completion. If additional repairs are added after your appointment request, we may need to rebook another appointment to have these add-ons completed.
